We've turned 1!

We celebrated our 1st birthday last month. We wouldn’t be here without you - our wonderful clients, specialist collaborators, suppliers and our referrers (local and international). A massive thank you for trusting us with your work and your clients and contacts. I deeply appreciate it and will continue to work hard to deserve that trust.


Niki Franklin from Business Changing helped me roll out a client survey and I am very grateful for the wonderful feedback received. We might be small, but our Net Promoter Score (NPS) means we rank amongst the highest for law client customer satisfaction.



What’s changed in a year? A lot! 😊

  • I started from my kitchen table. In January 2025, I began sharing an office with JW Legal and Catalist at Landmark House - Level 5, 187 Queen Street - a beautiful and historic building in the heart of the CBD. If you haven’t already been, I’d love to show you around;


  • I have gained an incredible colleague – my EA Christine (Chris) Slater – who works part-time from Cromwell and wherever in the world her travels take her. Chris started in broadcasting prior to retraining as a clinical psychologist. It’s great knowing that she has my back, and yours;


  • Business Changing’s Zac de Silva and Malyna Sengdara have helped me to set stretch goals, have challenged my thinking, made me aware of different possibilities and are holding me accountable on all of it!


  • Tim Hamilton from VisionWorks has built and updated a high-quality website for us; and


  • I have incredible wrap-around IT support from CloudSquared2.


So what are the goals for year 2?


To put it simply, we are looking provide even greater value to our clients. Through the use of legal tech and skilled colleagues, we aim to enhance the services we provide and improve response times.
